IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PHYSICIAN PORTAL USERS ON SSL:
Users accessing Physician Portal must ensure that the pop up blocker is disabled.
If users accessing Physician Portal are receiving a Security Info message such as: ”The page contains both secure and non secure items, do you want to display non secure items?”, please follow the steps for disabling this prompt located on Physician Portal Login Page, click on IS Tips Link (under the pictures).
If you can not disable the pop up blocker or view the Security Tab, please contact your office IT provider.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL MAC USERS:
Since Safari and Firefox are not supported browsers for the Physician Portal all external access must now be through CITRIX. The new link is: citrix.grhosp.on.ca. Please follow the steps and install this client on your MAC.
